- Migration Duration: Migrations typically take about 90 days from planning to go-live. Each transition is personalized to your business needs, with hands-on support at every step.

Who is Streamline, and how are they different?
Streamline is a leading vacation rental property management software provider, serving professional PMCs across the U.S. and globally. Originally built by short-term rental professionals, Streamline provides a comprehensive property management software built specifically for short-term rental professionals. It offers robust automation, powerful booking tools, integrated accounting, owner/guest portals, API access, and strong third-party integrations — all within one intuitive platform.
When will I need to migrate?
Migrations will occur throughout 2025 and 2026. We will complete the transitions by July 2026. Your Success Manager will reach out directly with a proposed timeline and next steps. We’ll work with each partner on a timeline that aligns with your business needs, ensuring minimal disruption.
Will I be required to migrate right away?
No. You will have time to plan and prepare. A transition team will proactively reach out to coordinate the best timing for your business.
What does this migration look like for me?
Each migration will take approximately 90 days from kickoff to go-live. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of experts who will guide you through every phase — including data migration, system setup, training, and best practices for using Streamline.
Throughout the process, you’ll have direct access to our support and onboarding teams. We’re here to ensure you feel confident, informed, and fully equipped to make the most of your new platform from day one.
Each client will move through a structured migration process with personalized support. Your journey will include:

Will I get a demo before switching?

What kind of support will I get during the transition?
You’ll be supported by a dedicated migration and onboarding team who will guide you through every step of the process. We’ll handle the majority of your data migration and work closely with you to ensure everything is accurate and properly transferred.
Throughout your transition to Streamline, you’ll have access to a full suite of training resources — including on-demand videos, help center articles, step-by-step documentation, and live assistance from our experienced support team. While we’ll do the heavy lifting, you’ll play an important role in verifying your data and committing time to learn the platform. We’re here to make that process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
How will you keep me informed?

What does joining the Streamline family mean for me in the long term?

Is my historical data moving to Streamline?
Yes. Once your migration plan is in place, our team will guide you through the first steps of the data transfer process. Streamline will import up to two years of historical reservations, based on industry best practices for performance and usability.
How will I access my historical data, and for how long?
After moving to Streamline, partners who migrated from LiveRez, LMPM, and VRM can access their historical data within those platforms at no cost for 3–6 months. Partners moving to a PMS other than Streamline, wishing to retain reporting access, can do so for $250/month during that time.
How will my data be imported and migrated into Streamline?
Importable data will be pulled from your current PMS platform and converted into Streamline’s templates. You’ll receive an export of your data to review and confirm any issues (such as missing or incomplete data). Once verified, Streamline will import it into a staging environment for review. After your confirmation, the same file will be imported into your live system.
Any errors during import will be noted in an error log for you to resolve. This import process may repeat for different sets of data. Information that falls outside of Streamline’s standard import capabilities will need to be manually updated by your team during onboarding.
How will I access information needed to file my tax return after I switch systems?
We recommend you generate, save, and download any tax documents (such as 1099s or year-end reports) from your current PMS system before your final migration. This ensures you retain access to necessary financial records during tax season.
