Is this another OTA?

No. Stay by Inhabit is a private demand channel, not a public marketplace. You control which properties appear, who can book them, and at what rates. Your properties never appear in public search results or compete with your direct or OTA listings.

Will this affect owner payouts?

No. You remain the merchant of record, and all trust accounting flows are preserved. Owner payouts work exactly as they do with your direct bookings. We simply enable you to reach new audiences without disrupting your existing financial operations.

Do we need new systems?

No. Stay by Inhabit integrates directly with your existing PMS (Streamline, iTrip, and others). Reservations, cancellations, and refunds all write back cleanly to your PMS just like any other booking channel.

Can we limit what inventory appears?

Yes. You have full control over which properties are available to which partners. You can create different inventory pools for different audiences, and adjust them at any time through your PMS or our admin tools.

How does the pilot work?

We start with a controlled cohort (e.g., one employer’s employees or one community’s residents). You select which properties to include, we launch the partner storefront, and we measure conversion, accounting accuracy, and operational smoothness over 60-90 days before expanding.

What support is provided?

Full onboarding, PMS integration support, partner storefront setup, and ongoing account management. We also provide customer support for your guests and administrative tools for your team to manage bookings, cancellations, and reporting.
