Earl Lacey Named Among NAA’s 20 in their Twenties Honorees

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., July 15, 2022 – Inhabit, a software company serving the residential and vacation rental management industries, announced today that Chief Experience Officer Elizabeth Francisco is the National Apartment Association (NAA) National Supplier Council Achievement Award recipient for 2022. The prestigious honor was bestowed at NAA’s recent Apartmentalize conference and recognizes a member of the supplier community who has gone above and beyond in their contributions to the apartment industry.

Francisco has been actively involved with the NAA throughout her entire 30-year career, starting as a leasing agent who took advantage of the educational and networking opportunities her local NAA affiliate offered. She continued to be involved in the organization’s educational, legislative, and charitable initiatives as she advanced, and then as she moved to the supplier side with the founding of property management platform ResMan in 2013.

Most recently Francisco served as an NAA NSC member, NSC liaison to the NAA Budget & Finance Committee, and NAA Diversity & Inclusion Committee member, while also organizing and hosting panels at state and national NAA events, participating in NAA Advocate in Washington, D.C., and in various NAA national and regional charity events.

“We are so proud and honored that NAA chose to recognize Elizabeth with the 2022 Supplier Council Achievement Award,” said Lisa Stinnett, CEO of Inhabit. “She is unwavering in her commitment and service to the rental industry. Her energy and enthusiasm impact everyone she comes into contact with.”

Francisco’s commitment to the industry extends beyond her involvement with NAA, as she makes herself available to support other industry initiatives. She was a contributing member of the NMHC Rent Payment Tracker project, which provided critical data to help the industry advocate for and receive emergency rental assistance during the pandemic. She serves as an advisor to Multifamily Leadership and was instrumental in creating the Multifamily Women’s Summit. Francisco thrives on networking with, connecting, and advising individuals and companies across the multifamily industry.

Francisco was not the only member of the Inhabit team to be recognized with an award at NAA Apartmentalize. Inhabit’s ResMan Customer Marketing Specialist, Earl Lacey, CAM, CAP, was recognized as one of NAA’s 20 in their Twenties. This award celebrates the best and brightest young leaders in the rental housing industry.

More about Francisco’s award is available on the NAA Excellence Awards website; more about Lacey’s award is available on the NAA 20 in their Twenties website.
